Hundreds of new homes are built in Sioux Falls each year, and Fink Electric enjoys being a part of the community's growth.  From starter houses to lavish homes, Fink Electric can work with general contractors to design an electrical layout to the liking of the owner.

Here you can see a couple examples of the many homes we've wired in the past year.  Between houses, townhomes, duplexes, etc., we wire approximately 50-75 new dwellings every year...and that's not including apartment complexes.

While both these homes are outside of Sioux Falls' city limits, they're only outside by a few miles.  95% of homes that we wire fall within the city limits, especially in the southern part of town (south of 69th Street between I-29 and Cliff Avenue) and the western part of town (west of Sertoma Avenue all the way from 12th Street to 69th Street and beyond).  While projects can and do spring up in any location, these are the current hotspots of home construction.
